    •  Calcium-rich foods, such as yogurt and cheese, dark green leafy vegetables, milk, salmon, almonds will help promote strong bones and teeth.

    What You Drink Also Affects Your Smile

    • Acidic or sugary drinks can significantly increase your chances for tooth decay. Diet drinks are included in this list of offenders, since they also contain acids that attack tooth enamel. Experts attribute the recent rise in cavities, in part due to the increase in sports drinks and soft drinks that bathe your teeth in acid. Some of this increase is also attributed to bottled water that is not fluorinated. 
    • According to the ADA, water is the best drink for your body and it’s the best drink for a beautiful smile.
